2008 Pinot Gris
This delicately fragrant white wine is made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes.  The silk-like overtones of this light crisp wine will leave an impression on your palate! Thirsty on a hot day? This is the wine for you!

2007/2008 Blanc de Noir 
A clean, crisp refreshing white wine made from 100% Pinot Noir gapes which were whole cluster pressed to produce this white from red.  Perfect with our local salmon or prawns.

2007/2008 Gamay Rose
This blend of 85% Gamay Noir and 15% Pinot Noir gives a pleasing array of peaches, nectarine and raspberry and finishes with a hint of butterscotch.  A perfect picnic wine!

2007 Iced Chardonnay 
100% Chardonnay grapes are tryoextracted and stainless steel fermented to prouduce this semi-sweet white wine.  Perfect after dinner sipper.  Try with apple pie!
